To place a refund for a purchase you have made on our website, you have to meet all the following refund requirmanets together.
- Refund Requirments:
1.You have to email Joker Staff through their official email [email protected] or contact the admin only on the Discord community server.
2.Must not have more than 24 hours passed of the purchase time and date.
3.The purchased item must not been claimed or used in the game in any way. (It has to be not claimed yet).
4.Your account must not have been banned on the server for violating the server rules.
5.You have to send an email from the email you used to make the purchase.
- Joker Conquer Staff will review your request and will generally notify you via email of of the results within 3~4 business days.
- If your case does not meet any one of these requirements, you are not able to ask for a refund, and disputing any refund case would cause a permanent ban to your account and your agreement to this policy will be used against you to close and end the case on our behalf.
